Job summary

The Atlantic District in Darby, PA is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent who enjoys connecting with people and building lasting relationships. You will help neighbors understand coverage options, draft clear proposals, and support families with tailored protections in a welcoming, low‑pressure environment.

Required: PA Property & Casualty license, comfort with insurance software, and prior sales or customer‑facing experience. Residency in or near Darby is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with computers and insurance software systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage with local neighbors to explain coverage options and identify gaps.
• Draft and present clear insurance proposals tailored to families.
• Manage incoming requests and follow up with clients to keep policies accurate.
• Maintain client interaction records in the internal database.
• Collaborate with the office to improve community support.
