Jordan Heinz State Farm Agency in Missouri seeks a Multiline Representative to guide customers, build relationships, and promote multiple product lines. You will help manage day-to-day office tasks, document interactions, and participate in community marketing efforts from Nixa.

This role rewards strong communicators who care about the community and can explain options clearly to clients. Experience in insurance is preferred, and you should either possess or be able to obtain state insurance

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Insurance experience preferred.
• Active state insurance license or ability to obtain one.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
