Easterseals NJ is hiring a Direct Support Professional to assist individuals with disabilities in community, residential, and facility settings in Northfield, NJ. You will support daily living activities, implement ISPs, transport clients using the company van, and build positive relationships with participants and external partners.

We seek applicants 18+, high school diploma or GED, with at least 6 months of direct care experience preferred, valid driver's license, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Verbal and written communication skills required.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to individuals with I/DD including daily living activities.
• Implement ISPs for daily living, transportation, medication, etc.
• Transport consumers within the community using the company van.
• Deliver high-quality services in community, residential, and facility settings.
• Build strong relationships with consumers and external stakeholders.
