Qualifications

Solid foundation in stormwater management principles and drainage infrastructure.
In-depth knowledge of erosion and sediment control practices.
Comprehensive understanding of TCEQ regulations and TPDES MS4 permit requirements, EPA CWA standards.

Responsibilities

Conduct inspections of construction sites to ensure adherence to stormwater regulations and BMPs.
Address residential drainage and stormwater issues to protect public safety and the environment.
Investigate illicit discharges and illegal dumping as part of program compliance.
Respond to drainage and stormwater complaints with timely, effective resolutions.
