Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina is looking for friendly, customer-focused associates to assist customers at the register, process donations, and keep the store welcoming and organized.

This role offers benefits such as PTO, a pension plan, medical & dental coverage, and tuition reimbursement. Associates may lift heavy items and will need availability for evenings and weekends to match store hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Production or similar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cash Register/Customer Service.
• Store appearance: Rotating stock, tidying and keeping the store looking its best.
• Cross-training in Receiving, Pricing and Stocking donations (Receivers may lift up to 50 pounds and frequently lift 10–35 pounds).
• Hanging/Inspecting/Tagging textile & clothing in a production setting.
