RESILIENT CHARITY EVENTS INC is seeking people-focused Brand Ambassadors to represent our non-profit at major retailers, trade shows, and community events in New Jersey. You will start conversations with potential donors, share why our mission matters, and help turn interest into support.

This role is high-energy and public-facing with a flexible schedule designed for part-time candidates, with strong performers advancing to fuller schedules or leadership as the organization grows.

Qualifications

• Warm, confident communicator who enjoys talking with the public.
• Prior work in brand ambassadorship, promotions, events, retail, or community outreach is helpful.
• Comfortable approaching people in busy store and event environments.
• Dependable, self-directed, and able to work alone or with a small team.
• Genuine interest in non-profit fundraising and connecting people to a cause.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an on-site representative at retailers, expos, and community events.
• Start conversations with shoppers and attendees about our mission and giving opportunities.
• Build rapport with new and returning supporters.
• Help increase visibility through in-person outreach and light social media activity.
• Support event setup, staffing, and day-of coordination with the marketing team.
