Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience cleaning residential or commercial settings is preferred, but training is provided.
• Understands handling of biohazardous waste.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly cleans all assigned resident apartments as scheduled.
• Bathrooms: toilets, sinks, bathtubs; wipe countertops and mirrors; sterilize floors.
• Kitchen: wipe counters; mop kitchen floor.
• Vacuum all exposed areas; empty wastebaskets.
• Wash windows inside as needed.
• Clean common areas per standards: elevators, halls, stairs, lobbies, activity areas.
• Maintain clean laundry room and store chemicals per instructions.
