Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact with residents in a friendly, professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Visits assigned residences to perform basic cleaning of bathrooms, bedrooms and common areas.
• Changes linens weekly and manages laundering as part of community care.
• Maintains a clean building in all common areas including entryways, corridors, and dining spaces.
• Cleans floors and carpets, uses proper cleaning/disinfecting solutions.
• Handles hazardous cleaning supplies per procedures and labeling.
• Attends in-service trainings and responds to resident emergencies per protocol.
