Job summary

Harmony Senior Services in Simpsonville, SC is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness of common living areas and resident apartments within our senior living community. You will clean common areas, apartments bathrooms, and support laundry duties, while following safety protocols.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, ability to lift 25 lbs, and willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Housekeeping experience highly desired.
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Must be able to stand, walk, kneel and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean common living areas and resident apartments.
• Oversee cleaning of the facility with emphasis on common areas and apartment bathrooms.
• Operate laundry equipment when needed.
• Report supply needs and building conditions to housekeeping supervisor.
• Attend required in-services and staff meetings.
• Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality at all times.
