PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain the appearance and cleanliness of our community and units. You will assist in a variety of housekeeping duties to keep our community at its best and ensure resident satisfaction.

You’ll prepare vacant units, clean common areas, and respond to resident needs while following OSHA standards and Peak policies. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in a wide range of housekeeping functions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a changing environment.
• Desire to serve the needs of residents and community.
• Detail oriented and reliable.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and maintain professional appearance.
• Clean and maintain the leasing office, amenity areas, laundry facilities, and common areas.
• Keep accurate records of inventory, supplies and equipment.
• Provide courteous and efficient response to resident needs and management requests.
• Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
