Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day housekeeping activities per daily assignments.
• Coordinate housekeeping services with management for resident living and recreational areas.
• Clean and polish furnishings, fixtures, and surfaces in resident rooms and common areas daily.
• Clean, wash, sanitize and polish bathroom fixtures; remove water marks.
• Clean windows and mirrors in resident rooms, recreational areas, bathrooms and entrances/exits.
• Clean walls and ceilings by washing, wiping, dusting, spot cleaning, disinfecting, and deodorizing.
• Remove dirt, dust, grease, film from surfaces using proper cleaning/disinfecting solutions.
• Discard waste into proper containers and re-line trash receptacles.
• Inform supervisor of supply needs.
• Clean and store work carts and equipment at end of shift.
• Perform other duties and special projects as directed by supervisor.
