Compensation Range: $25.67 - $37.70

Purpose of Job: Improve the overall health of the communities we serve by expanding access for maternity and young pediatric populations to quality health and wellness services as follows:
Education/Experience: Minimum of two years of health and/or social services experience required. Bachelor’s degree in a social service-related field, such as social work, behavioral sciences, psychology, child development, or mental health required.
Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Compassion for patients required. Computer skills required. Ability to work under tight time constraints, handle high pressure and changing priorities required. Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team required. Valid driver’s license and insurance required. BLS (CPR/AED) required. Commitment to supporting a safe and respectful environment is required.
Must be able to move around the facility between one-third and two-thirds of the day, as well as sit at a workstation and in patient rooms. Using hands occurs over two-thirds of the day, while reaching with arms occurs less than one-third of the day. Communicating is also required over two-thirds of the day, while climbing, stooping, or crawling is minimal. Lifting up to 10 lbs. occurs about half the time, while up to and above 25 lbs. occurs only occasionally. Driving frequently is required for onsite visits.
