United Health Centers is seeking Medical Assistants to join our state-of-the-art health centers. Experienced MAs and new graduates are welcomed. You will work closely with the Nursing Supervisor and clinic management to support patient flow and deliver compassionate care.

Responsibilities include data collection, patient education, maintaining exam rooms, and confidentiality. We offer benefits and a supportive work environment with flexible hours; CPR and driver's license required; bilingual

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completed Medical Assisting training from an accredited college.
• CPR certification required; valid driver license.
• 2 years healthcare experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt medical support and promotes smooth patient flow; records data accurately.
• Educates patients and addresses questions; interfaces with community activities and staff.
• Supports mission to improve health care access for the community; ensures care when needed.
• Maintains open, proactive communication with supervisor and staff.
• Offers flexible or extended hours as needed.
• Participates in center in-services and meetings; respects others’ ideas.
• Maintains confidentiality at all times.
