University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Healthy Family Practitioner to join the Lancashire Young People & Healthy Families Service on a 30-hour week. The role involves delivering delegated health reviews, supporting preschool and primary aged children and families in community settings, and working under supervision with health visitors and school nurses.
