Job Profile Summary

This role focuses on providing medical and clinical support services to patients. In addition, this role focuses on performing the following Community Health duties: Delivers training, facilitates sessions, and educates the community on a variety of clinical topics. A professional individual contributor role that may direct the work of other lower level professionals or manage processes and programs. The majority of time is spent overseeing the design, implementation or delivery of processes, programs and policies using specialized knowledge and skills typically acquired through advanced education. An experienced level role that applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Works independently with general supervision, problems faced are difficult but typically not complex, and may influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.

Minimum Qualifications

• Two (2) years of College Coursework OR Associate's Degree .


• One (1) year of related experience.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting and lifting of 10 - 50 lbs.


• Requires manual dexterity using fine hand manipulation demonstrate childbirth techniques and to operate video equipment and computer keyboard.


• Requires ability to communicate effectively and see computer screen and reports.

Skills & Abilities

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office products .


• Thorough working knowledge and experience using multiple database software products including but not not limited to Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.


• Strong teaching skills, along with the ability to adjust teaching skills to meet the needs of the class.


• Excellent organization, communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills .


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and within scheduled deadlines.


• Excellent interpersonal skills when working with new parents.

Pay Range : $21.53 - $26.91 based on full-time equivalent
