Job summary

You will work with a bilingual Medical Assistant and use the EPIC EMR to manage patient panels within a community health setting.

The position offers 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week), base pay ranging from $141k to $155k per year, plus a $15k Hiring Bonus and a $20k Relocation Allowance, with comprehensive benefits and CME opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree for NP/PA required.
• Two-year Physician Assistant training program or equivalent.
• Experience in community health is a plus.
