Job summary

Ace Hardware is seeking friendly, helpful team members to welcome customers and assist with projects in our local Hollins, Virginia store. No extensive hardware experience is required—comprehensive training is provided.

You will engage customers, guide them to the right products, and work in a lively, community-focused environment. Expect a fast-paced shift where you’ll stand for 6–8 hours and lift 25–30 lbs.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing team member with a helpful attitude.
• Previous hardware experience is a plus but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find products for their projects.
• Assist customers in identifying needed items and complete their purchase.
• Work in a fast-paced, friendly environment and be on your feet for 6–8 hours.
• Must be able to lift 25–30 lbs.
