Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Three years related fundraising experience.
• Knowledge of peer-to-peer fundraising tools and strategies.
• Experience working with donors, volunteers, and volunteer committees.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Highly developed organizational and information management skills.
• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively within a complex organization.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Raiser's Edge/RENXT.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue, participation, and reach for peer-to-peer initiatives.
• Manage a portfolio of donors and donor events raising $10,000 or more.
• Develop new peer-to-peer fundraising opportunities and partnerships.
• Collaborate with philanthropy leaders to implement programs.
• Document and maintain records for historical reference and analysis.
• Establish, improve, and update procedures and processes.
• Serve as an individual contributor with program responsibility.
