Qualifications

• MSN or DNP from an accredited program.
• Indiana RN license and Indiana NP license.
• National pediatric certification (CPNP-PC/CPNP-AC or equivalent).
• BLS required; CSR and DEA if prescribing controlled substances.
• Minimum of one year pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in pediatric assessment, diagnosis, and family-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive age-appropriate health assessments and develop care plans.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage pediatric illnesses and injuries.
• Administer immunizations and perform well-child exams per guidelines.
• Educate families on health, prevention, and health promotion.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to ensure continuity of care.
