Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for the restaurant, greeting guests warmly.
• Provide guests with menus and seat them at tables or waiting areas.
• Receive and record dining reservations via company software.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure dining details are handled properly.
• Speak with patrons to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
• Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries.
• Inspect dining and serving areas for cleanliness.
• Inspect restrooms for cleanliness and availability of supplies.
• Support food runner/exPO for to-go orders, including checking IDs.
• Collect payment when needed.
