Job summary

A Pharm.D. or equivalent and active licensure are required, with immunizer certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Pharm.D. or equivalent FPGEC and eligible for CA license.
• Active CA pharmacist license in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer required.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

Responsibilities
