Qualifications

• Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with NH APRN license.
• Active NH APRN license or eligible to obtain one.
• DEA registration or eligible to obtain it.
• Outpatient primary care experience.
• Ability to diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Strong independent clinical decision-making skills.
• Value preventive medicine, patient education, and continuity of care.
• Experience in collaborative, patient-centered environment.
• FQHC or community health experience is a plus.
