Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) for an in-person outpatient clinic in California. You will provide comprehensive primary care to adults and children, manage acute and chronic conditions, and participate in preventive care and population health efforts.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine.
• Active state medical license (or ability to obtain).
• Commitment to providing high-quality care to underserved populations.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and pediatric patients in an outpatient setting.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Deliver preventive care, health maintenance, and chronic disease management.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary clinical teams to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using an electronic health record system.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and population health programs.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, preventive care, and wellness strategies.
