Job summary

Taney County Partnership in Missouri is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work with individuals who have developmental disabilities in residential programs. DSPs help persons served become more integrated in their communities by supporting daily living, activities, and community engagement.

You will follow Individual Service Plans, provide daily documentation, assist with transportation, scheduling, and medication management as needed, and promote health, safety, and independence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to pass criminal/registry background checks.
• Must obtain and maintain a Class E driver’s license.
• CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration, and Positive Behavioral Support Training are required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication is essential.
• Ability to perform each essential duty and responsibility.
• Exceptional teamwork and problem-solving ability.
