Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited college.
• Current Minnesota chiropractic license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Strong commitment to exceptional client service and care.
• Ability to perform exams, assessments, and adjustments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality chiropractic care consistent with the ChiroWay model and standards.
• Perform consultations, examinations, assessments, and evaluations to determine client needs.
• Deliver adjustments using appropriate techniques based on client presentation.
• Develop clear, individualized care recommendations and communicate them effectively.
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide an exceptional experience at every visit.
• Monitor progress, communicate outcomes, and adjust recommendations as needed.
• Educate clients on the value of ongoing chiropractic care and long-term wellness goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation within ChiroWay’s clinical systems.
• Support client retention through communication, outreach, and relationship building.
• Engage in community events, networking, and practice growth activities.
• Contribute to awareness of ChiroWay in Woodbury and develop new relationships.
