Are you an experienced audiologist who values patient care, education, and building lasting relationships with your community?
This established practice is seeking a motivated, compassionate Audiologist in the Augusta, GA area to join their team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about improving patient quality of life through hearing care and is motivated by education rather than sales tactics.Their focus on patient care, long-term relationships, and a great work-life balance make it an excellent place for the right candidate to thrive. With low turnover and a dedicated team, this opportunity allows you to work independently while having the backing and support of an experienced team.
Job Details and Responsibilities:
- Full-Time, Monday – Friday, professional daytime hours.
- Perform hearing diagnostics and counsel patients on hearing loss.
- Educate patients on the benefits of amplification and assist with fitting hearing aids.
- Handle a variety of cases, including complex hearing loss, minor tinnitus management, and pediatric diagnostics.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary plus commission & additional bonuses. Realistic potential to hit 6 figures.

Candidate Requirements:
- A motivated, patient-centric audiologist with a passion for relationship-building.
- Experience in diagnostic audiology (no ABRs, VNGs, or ECOGs).
- Comfortable working with a range of ages, including occasional pediatric diagnostics.
