Job summary

Clearview Federal Credit Union in Pittsburgh is hiring a teller who will be the face of the credit union, delivering friendly, accurate service while helping members reach their financial goals. You’ll educate members on products, open accounts, process transactions, and provide a personal touch that strengthens relationships in person and by phone.

Starting pay is $20 per hour with hours of operation Monday to Friday 9am–6pm and Saturday 9am–2pm.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service or financial experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of financial products is a plus.
• Empathy, integrity and growth mindset.
• Open availability.

Responsibilities

• Educate members on Clearview’s products and services.
• Solve financial needs with tailored solutions.
• Build strong relationships in person and by phone.
• Assist with accounts, loans, transactions, and digital tools.
• Represent Clearview at community and charity events.
