Peak Point in Englewood, Colorado is hiring an Event Promotions Representative to engage the public at community events and retail locations. This in-person role focuses on educating people about nonprofit campaigns and encouraging participation.

You'll work with a team to meet daily and weekly goals, gaining real-world communication and leadership experience. Paid training and mentorship are provided, with strong opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with new people in public settings.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, sales, or fundraising is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit partners at community events and outreach locations
• Start conversations with members of the public in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide information about nonprofit programs, campaigns, and initiatives
• Encourage participation and support for fundraising campaigns
• Help create a positive experience for community members and event attendees
• Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown when needed
• Work with team members to achieve daily and weekly goals
• Maintain a professional and positive presence while representing nonprofit partners
