Project Access seeks a Resident Services and Virtual Programming Coordinator to deliver on-site and virtual programs for residents across four communities. You will coordinate events, share resources, and help residents access services through the Project Access app.

Qualifications

• Two years in multi-family housing or related social services fields.
• Experience delivering virtual programs, webinars, or online community management.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and build community.

Responsibilities

• Deliver resident programs and services across communities per program model.
• Coordinate in-person and virtual programs, workshops, and activities.
• Engage residents via in-person, phone, and app-based outreach.
• Support app participation by promoting features and events.
• Manage site virtual presence with announcements and newsletters.
• Moderate app-based activity to maintain a respectful environment.
• Host virtual programming complementing on-site services.
• Provide information, referrals, and connections to resources.
• Maintain relationships with property management and partners.
• Coordinate food distributions and other supportive services.
• Maintain program records and routine reports.
• Assist with outreach materials and calendars.
• Monitor participation and outcomes for continuous improvement.
• Support data entry and documentation for resident services.
