Job summary

The Pennsylvania State University is seeking a Human Research Technologist for the PACT initiative in Harrisburg to engage with families and community organizations. This role involves outreach, recruitment, and data collection across diverse populations.

The position is funded for 1 year at 75% FTE (30 hours/week), with benefits for full-time employees and a start as soon as possible. Evening and weekend hours are required; on-site at the PACT lab with some offsite work.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate community outreach and recruitment activities.
• Develop and track participant recruitment strategies.
• Attend team meetings and provide updates.
• Train and supervise volunteers and students.
• Support data collection and project protocol development.
• Maintain the PACT website and social media impact.
• Collaborate with the PACT Assistant Director of Community Relations.
