You will champion missional thinking, create pathways for members to engage, and steward partnerships and resources for campus impact.

The role emphasizes recruiting and developing lay leaders, organizing serve opportunities, and equipping people for ministry and service in alignment with our seven staff values.

Qualifications

• Passion for mobilization, missions and community engagement.
• Experience identifying, recruiting and developing lay leaders.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Resident of Oldham County, KY or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Mobilize volunteers for local, domestic, and international service.
• Develop pathways for members to engage in missions and service.
• steward partnerships with community and ministry partners.
• lead Unleashed workshops and serve initiatives.
• Promote serving opportunities and call people into action.
