Job summary

WPVI-TV in Philadelphia, part of Disney Entertainment Television, offers a Production internship focused on long-form content creation and live-to-tape events within community engagement and station brand awareness.

You will gain hands-on exposure to productions, events, and daily operations, connect with nonprofits, and observe all aspects of television production at a major market station.

Qualifications

• Experience capturing photo and video content with Canon/Nikon/DSLR or similar.
• Proficiency with Premiere Pro for video editing.
• Experience creating and managing content on social platforms.
• Canva and Microsoft Office applications proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, preparation and execution of live and taped productions.
• Write digital copy for websites and on-air PSAs.
• Create and edit social media content.
• Attend community engagement meetings (virtual and in-person).
• Develop communication materials using Canva, PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
