• Create social media posts, reels, videos, newsletters, and web content.
• Coordinate content calendars and publishing across channels and the Town website.
• Plan neighborhood outreach and engagement activities with residents and organizations.
• Write and edit public information using plain language; coordinate translations as needed.
• Track results with analytics and feedback to improve strategies.
