Work Opportunities Unlimited in Dover, NH is seeking Community Employment Coaches (Career Resource Specialists) to help individuals gain independence through work, recreation, and community activities. You will provide on-site, long-term job support, advocate for clients, and help them engage in activities to build self-advocacy and communication skills.

This role requires a valid driver's license, willingness to travel locally, and comfort using MS Office and mobile apps for documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-touch customer service environments is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within your local community.
• Comfortable documenting notes in an electronic system and using apps on a mobile device.

Responsabilités

• Provide long-term, on-site, job support for the duration of an individual's employment.
• Serve as coach and advocate to foster workplace success.
• Support participation in volunteer and recreational activities to develop self-advocacy and communication skills.
• Engage in daily community-based travel with mileage reimbursement.
