Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill + Bar is hiring Restaurant Managers who will lead teams, grow a business, and create a neighborhood restaurant where guests and team members feel at home. You’ll start as an experienced leader in a brand rooted in community and opportunity.

You’ll manage daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, coach staff, and ensure safety and quality in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Experience with ServSafe is a plus; training provided.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Passion for the food service industry with a people‑first mindset.
• Ability to lead in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• ServSafe Food and Alcohol certifications a plus (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, food quality, and service excellence.
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency in a high-volume environment.
• Ensure adherence to Applebee’s systems, standards, and company policies.
