Tim Hortons is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Bushnell's Basin, NY to lead the restaurant and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll partner with your District Manager to guide the team, develop leaders, and ensure consistent execution every day.

You’ll drive performance across sales and profitability, uphold brand standards, and engage with the local community while building a strong, dependable team culture through hands-on leadership.

Formación

• At least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience with operational and/or financial responsibility.
• People-first leadership style with strong communication skills and a focus on developing others.
• Ability to solve complex problems and make thoughtful, confident decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to creating welcoming guest experiences and upholding Tim Hortons standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the business by owning restaurant performance across sales, profitability, and daily operations.
• Set the guest experience standard by ensuring fast, friendly service and resolving guest issues with care and urgency.
• Develop leaders and teams by hiring, onboarding, coaching, and recognizing Assistant Managers, Hourly Shift Coordinators, and Team Members.
• Drive strong execution and brand standards by managing labor, inventory, compliance, and food safety while supporting local community engagement.
