Qualifications

• SC license required.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients, communicates with families, physicians and health team members and maintains documentation in medical records.
• Conducts in-services and training for facility staff on an ongoing basis.
