Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency.
• Eligible for or able to obtain an unrestricted New York medical license prior to employment.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience with Epic or a comparable enterprise electronic health record system.
• Multilingual skills or cultural competency with diverse communities of eastern Brooklyn (Spanish, Haitian Creole, Bengali, or other languages).
• Interest in value-based care, population health, and care coordination.
• Desire to teach and participate in graduate medical education.
