Ace Hardware of Independence is seeking friendly, energetic team members to welcome and assist customers in a fast-paced retail environment. No prior hardware experience required; we provide extensive training and long-term growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing retail is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to help customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the store and assist with questions.
• Proactively help customers solve problems and locate products.
• Maintain stock levels and organize back stock as needed.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Assist with price changes, signage, and merchandising tasks.
