You will play an important role in preparing design documents, providing technical guidance, fostering, and promoting client relationships, and business development. Our team supports a wide range of clients in the private sector and designs a wide variety of project types including subdivisions, site development, industrial sites, healthcare campus, corporate campuses, and commercial developments for both local and nationwide clients. Your Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for the project team responsible for preparing grading, drainage, wet utility, street improvements, and other civil engineering design documents, as well as hydrology/hydraulic storm water modeling and hydraulic modeling of pipe networks.
• Manage multiple projects. Developing proposals and managing the approved scope, budget and schedule are a key role.
• Lead the Design Team on civil engineering related services.
• Day-to-day project oversight and communication with the client and project team.
• Develop, track, update, forecast and modify the project schedule and budget throughout all phases of the project.
• Prepare project status reports on a regular basis.
• Review and approve all invoices and change orders associated with the project.
• Reports to Senior Associate.
• Assist in developing new work opportunities and building client relationships.
• Responsible for the overall project performance and implementation of our project management frameworks.
• Primary point of contact and representative to internal partners and clients.
