Your Opportunity

We have an opportunity for a civil engineer who is interested in taking their career to the next level. The Project Manager position offers opportunities to utilize your design experience and team leadership for successfully delivering projects through the initiation, planning, design execution, permit processing, construction observation, and close-out phases. You will play an important role in preparing design documents, providing technical guidance, fostering, and promoting client relationships, and business development. Our team supports a wide range of clients in the private sector and designs a wide variety of project types including subdivisions, site development, industrial sites, healthcare campus, corporate campuses, and commercial developments for both local and nationwide clients. Your Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the technical lead for the project team responsible for preparing grading, drainage, wet utility, street improvements, and other civil engineering design documents, as well as hydrology/hydraulic storm water modeling and hydraulic modeling of pipe networks.
  • Manage multiple projects. Developing proposals and managing the approved scope, budget and schedule are a key role.
  • Lead the Design Team on civil engineering related services.
  • Day-to-day project oversight and communication with the client and project team.
  • Develop, track, update, forecast and modify the project schedule and budget throughout all phases of the project.
  • Prepare project status reports on a regular basis.
  • Review and approve all invoices and change orders associated with the project.
  • Reports to Senior Associate.
  • Assist in developing new work opportunities and building client relationships.
  • Responsible for the overall project performance and implementation of our project management frameworks.
  • Primary point of contact and representative to internal partners and clients.
