The role of Project Engineer is to work collaboratively and interdependently as a team member on a wide range of Community Development projects under the guidance of a Project Manager. Our Community Development team also works with and supports projects from other disciplines in the local area, and is part of a team that works on projects across the western US. A Civil Project Engineer will perform a variety of tasks which may include design analysis, calculations, preparation of exhibits, mentoring junior staff, and preparation of construction documents. The projects that you will be assigned to may be broad, varied, and diverse in scope.
Typical office environment: working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements, including inclement weather.

In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part‑time roles will be pro‑rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
