Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers seeks a licensed dentist to provide dental services to patients in Washington. The role requires a DDS or DMD with active WA licensure and current BLS/ACLS credentials.

You will supervise staff, ensure aseptic care, and coordinate patient care with other health professionals. The position emphasizes adhering to Sea Mar's mission, continuous learning, and involvement in quality improvement within a network of clinics.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree required and must have completed training program at a recognized university
• Active license from the WA Department of Health to practice dentistry; ability to administer nitrous oxide sedation
• BLS/ACLS certification or equivalent within required timeframes

Responsibilities

• Provide dental services per professional standards and Sea Mar policies
• Supervise clinical activities of support staff per Washington Dental Act
• Maintain patient, staff and dentist safety with proper infection control
• Coordinate patient care with consultations/referrals to other health professionals
• Participate in Quality Improvement activities and staff training
• Deliver dental care to Sea Mar patients and the public while upholding Sea Mar’s mission
