Job summary

BLS CPR/AED, valid driver's license, and completion of an accredited dental assisting program are preferred. Mobile dental support and CDL-related adaptability are highly valued for this position.

Qualifications

• Completion of accredited dental assisting program or CHAS Health dental assistant training or apprentice program preferred.
• DANB certification preferred; candidates with experience may be considered in lieu of program completion.

Responsibilities

• Greets and escorts patients to the chair and updates charts.
• Assists dental provider with procedures, exams, and patient education per WA state DOH scope of practice.
• Takes X-rays as needed and maintains sterilization of instruments.
• Answers phones, schedules patients, and supports safety protocols.
