• Crisis Intervention: Respond promptly during crises, provide emotional support, active listening, and practical assistance, and help de-escalate situations.
• Resource Connection: Link individuals to mental health services, substance use treatment, housing, domestic violence resources, and other supports.
• Collaboration with Social Work Team: Work with Police Social Work staff to coordinate services for comprehensive support.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
