Job summary

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark’s Mount Carmel Guild Behavioral Health System in Cranford, NJ seeks a Full Time Case Manager for the ICMS - Union program on-site, Monday to Friday 9 AM–5 PM.

The role provides in vivo case management to adults with severe mental illness and co-occurring substance use, conducting biopsychosocial assessments and making referrals to community supports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a behavioral health discipline.
• 1-2 years of related experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provides linkage and referral services to adult individuals with severe and persistent mental illness in the community.
• Completes biopsychosocial assessments for new client admissions.
