Job summary

Family Tree Private Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our in-home team. You will assist older adults and those with disabilities with daily activities, grooming, meal prep, and light housekeeping, while ensuring a safe, supportive environment.

We offer top pay, exceptional professional training, and outstanding benefits. A reliable schedule, including morning and evening shifts, is provided to support both clients and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Professional references available upon request.
• Driver’s License required.
• Auto Insurance required.
• Reliable Transportation.
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide caregiver support and assistance to older adults to ensure needs are met and a positive experience.
• Help clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Support with toileting and incontinence care.
• Prepare meals and assist with grocery shopping.
• Assist with laundry, light housekeeping, and making beds.
• Assist with transfers and use of mechanical devices.
• Attend trainings and complete continuing education as required.
• Collaborate with the health care team to ensure quality care.

Hiring Range: $19 - $22Hr

What does a Family Tree Private Care Community Providers do?

• Provide caregiver support and assistance to our older adult clients to ensure their needs are met and they have a positive experience

• Support with toileting activities and incontinence care
