Responsibilities

• Assist clients during employment to improve soft and vocational skills.
• Create accommodations and reminders tailored to the client’s learning style.
• Coordinate with partner job sites to address issues quickly.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and Vocational Rehabilitation.
• Provide coaching on job duties after placement with an employer.
• Document client employment details for billing and case notes.
• Support Employment Specialists with assigned tasks and logistics.
• Drive clients to locations as needed and manage other duties.
