Job summary

Open Sky Community Services Inc. seeks a Registered Nurse to support residential programs in Worcester, South Norfolk, and greater Boston areas. This 40-hour daytime position provides medical oversight, guidance, and individualized consultation within a clinically based, person-centered setting.

The role emphasizes working with adults with disabilities, documentation accuracy, and strong communication. A MA RN license and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts.
• Excellent assessment, documentation, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and consultation to programs regarding medical issues, procedures and health practices.
• Assess and educate individuals on health conditions; reinforce wellness and preventive measures.
• Review clinical records to ensure adequate services and interventions.
• Oversee the Medication Administration Program and ensure regulatory compliance.
