Job summary

Communicare in Oxford, MS seeks a licensed behavioral health professional to provide evidence-based mental health services in clients’ homes or community settings. The role emphasizes continuity of care, collaboration with the treatment team, and adherence to state standards.

You will maintain an active caseload, use the EHR system for documentation, and participate in crisis intervention trainings and meetings with referral sources to ensure integrated care across programs.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree and license or certification in counseling, psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or other related behavioral health care fields preferred.
• If not licensed, must be eligible for licensure within thirty days.
• Ability to perform responsibilities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based mental health services in the individual’s residence or community settings.
• Arrange for medication evaluation, management, and monitoring.
• Maintain an active caseload as directed by the supervisor and meet productivity requirements.
• Utilize Communicare's Electronic Health Record system for timely documentation.
• Attend meetings and training, including crisis intervention (CPI, suicide prevention) and RELIAS trainings.
• Collaborate with the treatment team and referral sources to ensure a coordinated system of care.
