Job summary

BAMSI in Brockton, MA is seeking an LPN to join our community-based nursing team. You’ll provide direct care in group homes for adults with complex medical needs, supporting medication oversight, safety, and wellness. Eligible candidates will have MA LPN licensure, reliable transportation, and strong communication; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in MA required.
• Preferred RN license in MA.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable car.
• Experience in mental health support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Medical & medication oversight for persons served, including MAP training for staff.
• Crisis intervention to de-escalate emergencies.
• Staff training on health and safety rules; document incidents.
• Ensure program compliance with medical laws and MAP requirements.
